Purpose of Website

This website has been created in memory of my sister-in-law, Zer Her Xiong. She was married to my older brother, Pangh-Yee Xiong, in March 1996 until her untimely death in December 1998. Although her life with my family was short, she was able to touch each of our lives in an unforgettable way. Because we love her dearly, we wish to keep her memory alive through a website so that all our family members and friends could easily read about her from any where in the world. More specifically, this website contains accounts of the events that took place in the last days of her life (November 2, 1998 to December 2, 1998) and other things that occurred for Pangh-Yee's family.
